The Conn descant horn offers a broad spectrum of color that professional players should expect out of their descant horn. Designed for versatility, the 12D features a muting valve for stopped horn notes and a removable "H" section for transposing to the key of "E". The medium throat yellow brass bell produces a full sound and is closer in feel to larger horns while still maintaining upper register clarity and control. Available with detachable bell as model 12DS.
